Introduction:
Colombian, from the Cundinamarca region, specifically cultivated in Minas area about 1600/1650mt above sea level in the Campo Hermoso plantation where they fall approximately 900mm of rain per year.
This is the origin of the National Cup of Excellence Winner, picked in two periods per year: from April to June; from September to November.
A refined personality highlighted by an enveloping and persistent body, here it is the Colombia Cundinamarca
Campo Hermoso.

Organoleptic description:
The peculiar sharp and pungent notes of Colombian coffees found in this variety a unique setting.The overwhelming personality typical of coffees cultivated in Colombia here assumes a particular tendency, docile and refined, able to submit to any palate.

The olfactory analysis shows us clearly this coffee: the fragrances of fruit are obvious, you can already find the
orange among the citrus, very fresh, with its typical acidity, sharp and lively.

The notes of fruit and a light floral vein give way to a warm spicy aroma that breaks the effervescence.The tasting gives us intense and well defined scents. A cocoa note accompanies and ties fruit and citrus notes.The acidity, sweet and pleasant, conveys freshness to the palate. The triumph of fruit is particularly vigorous
in this cofee, and only in the end leaves a little room for a more ripe fruit, tending to red fruit. A subtle note of dark chocolate conveys a slight sweetness.
The body is a surprise. Although the processing of this coffee is completely of the "washed" type, in the cup itexpresses a persistent, dense and smooth body. Enveloping throughout the tasting, leaving a clean and roundpalate. An exceptional and impressive frame for a unique and refined fragrance. The compact cream, with thinstripes, conceals the coffee with an important hazelnut color tending to bronze.

The aftertaste, fresh and pleasing, leaves us a cocoa reminiscence and soft notes tending to spicy, all with a strong r
ed fresh fruit notes. Do not miss a note of caramel, delicate and pleasant.


A coffee that is able to surprise in the cup thanks to the features that we do not expect.
With fresh and pleasant acidity on the palate, however, it manages to convey an important body,
accompanying the tasting with hints, such as spices and red fruit, which make the aromatic bouquet
more rounded.
